Loyall is a SaaS and Fintech company based in Bergen, Norway, and an influential Nordic supplier within the loyalty segment. Since 2015, Loyall has focused on feedback from customers and adapted the services to customers' wishes, needs and input. Our CDP software has by automation helped hundreds of businesses to identify, understand and increase revenue per customer. Our history demonstrates our solutions as adaptable, which fits the local businesses as well as for the big chains. We always develop closely with our customers, where we strive to empower our clients with the most cutting edge technology for data collection, insight and loyalty-building.

Company History


Loyall launches in Bergen, Norway, self-finances first beta, and activates the first two beta-customers.


First investor joins the team, and the SAAS company is ready to get customers in Norway.


Official Market Entry. At the end of the year, Loyall has attracted 80 new customers and passed 50,000 unique users.


As customers' databases continue to grow, Loyall establishes an in-house marketing department to support the technical deliveries.


Loyall has mainly focused on the SMB market, but signs the first large enterprise customer this year.


The company strengthens its position by bringing in a new external investor. Loyall becomes a significant player in the norwegian market.


Software is GDPR upgraded, and Loyall increases the customer base substantially due to companies losing their in-compliant databases.


Building innovative products requires constant development, and Loyall launches an improved marketing platform based on the customer's wishes and feedback.


Earlier owners of “SAS Braathens”, Braathens Family makes a significant investment, so the company can strengthen its position in Scandinavia.


85% of customers' millions of communications are now automated.


Loyall makes a strategic acquisition of a complimentary technology company with cutting-edge data insights and triples its product portfolio.


As a certified PSD2 third party, Loyall also joins the fintech industry. With this, the company gets insight into data that was previously reserved for banks.


Loyall pre-launches new services, strengthens team and deliveries before the Covid-19 pandemic, and prepares for a groundbreaking update.
